Q : Can I bring other members of my family or friends on this holiday?

A : Yes.

Q : Can other members of my family or friends have their own apartment?

A : Yes providing they also qualify and are prepared to pay for the accommodation.

Q : How long do I have to decide what dates I want to come on?

A : You have 12 months from the date of paying for your accommodation to actually take your holiday and you can secure dates as late as two weeks before departure. However the later you leave the dates the harder it will be to guarantee them. Therefore we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

Q : Will I be guaranteed to stay at the Regency Country Club?

A : You are not guaranteed to stay at the Regency Country Club unless specified by the Central Marketing Ltd Manager. However the chances of you staying there are quite high although not guaranteed to cover peak season.

Q : Is there entertainment provided?

A : Yes various theme nights and performers are scheduled throughout the week at all resorts. Children’s activities are also available.

Q : Are there disabled facilities?

A : Yes.

Q : Do we need to bring hairdryers, pool towels or beach towels?

A : Hairdryers and pool towels are provided. However you will need to bring your own beach towels.

Q : Is there transport from the resorts to other areas?

A : Yes there is a free shuttle bus available from all resorts.

Q : Is there supermarkets on site?

A : Yes there are supermarket facilities.

Q : Are there restaurants on site?

A : Yes.

Q : What time can we check in and out?

A : Check in time is after 2pm and check out is 10am. However there are very comfortable changing facilities and showers available 24 hours a day.
